Dr. Juliet Bulnes-Newton, DMD
Dr. Juliet Bulnes-Newton, DMD is a board-certified general and cosmetic dentist who has provided advanced support in the maintenance and restoration of Tampa-area smiles for many years. Beyond receiving her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, she furthered her education through dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton and by obtaining a degree in advanced education in general dentistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Patients at Westchase Esthetic Family Dentistry can receive oral health and smile support from Dr. Bulnes-Newton, as she continually furthers her education in matters of general and cosmetic dentistry. She is also a diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Her experience treating sleep apnea helps patients address potentially serious health and quality of life issues! In addition to schooling and training, she stays current in the field of dentistry through memberships in dental organizations including the Hillsborough County Dental Association (HCDA), West Coast District Dental Association (WCDDA), Florida Dental Association (FDA), American Dental Association (ADA), American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Outside of office hours, Dr. Bulnes-Newton enjoys quality time with her husband and three children, and their family dogs.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Marta Finer has worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past 17 years. Born in the Ukraine and raised in Slovakia, she received her associate’s degree from St. Petersburg College, and has spent the past 25 years in the Tampa area. What she loves about her position is how it provides opportunities to directly care for the health of patients while helping them feel comfortable with their treatments. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, cook, read, and enjoy time in her garden.
Cassidy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Cassidy Campbell is one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. She takes pride in her position and takes care to make patients comfortable with a gentle approach to her services. Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Cassidy now calls the Tampa area home. She loves that her position gives her the means to help patients remain healthy as well as confident in their appearance!
Kristina
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristina Heithaus is one of our dental hygienists, with more than five years in the position and more than 17 years in the field of dentistry. Her previous experience in our field was as a dental assistant, but she chose to expand her education by attending New York University’s College of Dentistry. She enjoys working in the field of hygienics because it lets her directly care for patients while making sure their visits are comfortable. When she isn’t working, Kristina enjoys spending her free time running, traveling, and enjoying time with her family.
Maddie
Dental Assistant
Born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL, Maddie Thompson works as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She has an associate’s degree from St. Petersburg College and received her Dental Assisting Certificate at Hillsborough Community College. She was excited to enter the field of medical care because she wanted to take a professional role that helps people stay on top of their health needs.
JoAnna
Dental Assistant
JoAnna is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She began working in the field of dentistry in 2014 as part of the American Red Cross. She enjoys treating patients’ smiles professionally, and she is interested in expanding her skillset into dental hygiene. In her role, Joanna loves providing direct care as well as educational support for patients.
Michelle
Michelle sees to patients’ needs as part of our front desk team. Formerly an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, she transitioned to the front desk position eight years ago. She has more than 20 years of experience working in the dental field, and loves providing health support to members of her community. Her interests outside the office include traveling, spending time with her family, and taking care of her dogs.
Olivia
Olivia Randol is a member of our front desk team with more than three years of experience working in a dental office. She is prepared to handle your questions about dental insurance and financing while making you feel welcome at our office. When she is not working, Olivia is an avid reader who also loves to cook and spend time at the beach.
